Privacy Policy

ElizaWP is an AI SEO agent for WordPress, operated by Berqier Ltd ("ElizaWP," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, sign up for an account, connect a WordPress site, and use the ElizaWP plugin and dashboard, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (or, if you use "Continue with Google," your Google account's email, name, and profile picture). This creates your ElizaWP account and lets you log in.

Billing information

Subscriptions are $29/month per connected website, processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves, Stripe handles and stores all payment information under its own security standards. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs so we can show you billing status and let you manage or cancel your subscription.

Connected WordPress site data

When you connect a WordPress site via the ElizaWP plugin, the plugin issues an API key that lets our app read and write data on that site on your behalf, specifically: your posts and pages (to analyze content and create or update drafts), basic SEO/schema fields, and your site's structure (for building a site index). ElizaWP never publishes content without your review, new posts are saved as drafts by default.

Google Search Console and Google Ads (Keyword Planner)

If you connect Google Search Console, we access your search performance data (clicks, impressions, position, and queries) for the property you choose, using a Google OAuth connection you control and can revoke at any time from your Google account settings. Keyword search volume and competition data is looked up through Google's Keyword Planner using ElizaWP's own shared Google Ads account, not yours, no Ads account of your own is required or accessed.

Chat conversations and agent memory

Messages you send to the ElizaWP agent, and the agent's own notes and memory about your site, are stored so it can carry context across conversations instead of starting from scratch each time.

How we use this information

• To provide the core service: analyzing your site, researching keywords, and writing or updating content on your behalf
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails: welcome messages, billing receipts, payment failure notices, and cancellation confirmations
• To provide customer support when you contact us
• To maintain and improve the reliability and security of the service

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run ElizaWP:

• Stripe, for payment processing
• Google, for Search Console data, Keyword Planner data, and "Continue with Google" sign-in, when you choose to use those features
• SerpApi, for live search results data, when connected to your project
• The infrastructure providers that host the ElizaWP application and database

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ElizaWP, our users, or others.

Data retention

We retain your account, project, and billing data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel a subscription, we keep that project's data (memory, site index, saved research) so it can be reactivated later, rather than deleting it immediately. If you permanently delete a project from the dashboard, its data and connections are removed. You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from your Google account's connected apps settings
• You can cancel a website's subscription at any time from your project's dashboard page
• You can permanently delete a project, and its data, from your project's dashboard page
• You can request a copy of your data, or full account deletion, by emailing us

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), scoped API keys for site connections, and verified webhook signatures for billing events. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Children's privacy

ElizaWP is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
