Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ElizaWP, an AI SEO agent for WordPress operated by Berqier Ltd ("ElizaWP," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using ElizaWP, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

ElizaWP connects to your WordPress site (via our plugin) and, with your permission, to Google Search Console, to research keywords, analyze your content, and draft or update posts and SEO fields on your behalf. New content is saved as a draft by default, nothing is published to your live site without your review.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be authorized to connect any WordPress site you link to ElizaWP.

Billing and money-back guarantee

  • ElizaWP is $29/month per connected website, billed by Stripe, charged immediately when you subscribe
  • New subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee; request a refund from your project's dashboard within 14 days of subscribing and we'll refund your payment in full and cancel the subscription immediately
  • Each connected website has its own independent subscription, canceling or refunding one does not affect any others on your account
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from your project's dashboard page; you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for
  • Outside the 14-day money-back guarantee window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law
  • If a payment fails, we'll email you and, if it isn't resolved, your subscription may be canceled per Stripe's standard retry schedule

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ElizaWP to:

  • Connect a WordPress site you don't own or aren't authorized to manage
  • Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes on someone else's rights
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Use the service in a way that violates Google's, Stripe's, or SerpApi's own terms of service, since ElizaWP relies on those platforms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own the content on your WordPress site. ElizaWP creates and edits drafts on your behalf based on your instructions, but you're responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it's published. We don't claim ownership over content generated for your site.

Third-party services

ElizaWP relies on third-party services, including Stripe (payments), Google (Search Console data, Keyword Planner data, and optional Google sign-in), and SerpApi (live search results). Your use of features that depend on these services is also subject to those providers' own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ElizaWP is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes, SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElizaWP and Berqier Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription or permanently delete a project at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon account deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of ElizaWP after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
